It will be coordinated with the macro ramp up heading towards 2030. Most analysts are putting out that the big uptake will start to happen towards the pointy end of the decade. Musk and others predicting robotics and self driving to be increasing demand around then also.
$2-$3 in the next 12 months would be a nice area to sit and wait it out hahaha, hopefully some funds start to take up some strategic positions once FID is made later this year.
Not sure why it would take years to build a warehouse, and fit it out, doesn't add up, we'll see once a deal is announced.
