The section on 'capital' probably outlines the short thesis. Their adjusted cash balance depends on them getting those overdue US debtors paid ASAP. If they do it, they'll probably be fine.
These are my rough calcs but it's hard to know how much they've reduced the debtors by since the last announcement, they just say "improving significantly".
