Also wanted to comment that anyone that has an issue with how engaged our chairman is in the company ought to go invest in some shares in small caps where the board are asleep at the wheel and management have completely pulled the wool over their eyes. I’m very comfortable with a heavily invested chairman shareholder at this point in the journey. It didn’t work out with SR and we move on. I’m personally very glad the 2 year CEO lost the head to head battle. I think SR did a good job but I’d rather replace the CEO as don’t think we will get another chairman who’s so engaged in the business. This is good for shareholders. Even if you don’t like DW style, I take the good with the bad and think way more upside than downside
