DW likes an energised company, that's why he is so directly involved in PNV. You being "underwelmed" really should be a good thing, if you are involved in a company growing 30+%, opening new markets and indications requiring more product, still growing their network, have great relationships with surgeons who influence the product.
Most investments I hold you don't get the flavour of the operations, and often when you hear from them they have stuffed up. Relax, get enthused because this is a great ride, the SP (*) will respond at some point, and the company is going from strength to strength. (*) I am too frustrated that our SP does not reflect the underlying company value and prospects, but it is getting played, that won't last forever.
