Actually I'll bet there are analysts out there who promote other companies like Avita writing newsflashes to their clients and any media that will listen that the new offerings from Avita will rapidly take market share from Polynovo in the trauma and reconstruction space so Polynovoy's growth will stall. I'm guessing you will find promotional opinions from brokers like Gerald fits Cantor saying something like that, and there are probably a bunch of others too but it's quite possible short traders are giving it air time.
IMO AVH will struggle to gain traction except from paid consultants.
