They are in a businesss that doesn't have bad debts! I think they said they'd only ever had one very small bad debt (being a small US hospital). Ever!! Overdue payments still show on the balance sheet as an asset. They are not an issue if "not at risk" but yes need to be addressed as has been done. The only issue here was an inefficient outsourced income recovery system which they've addressed. And yes I owned/ran a company that also had "slow payers" but virtually no bad debts. Why? Because our clients were big Telcos who, just like Hospitals, always pay even if sometimes you have to give them a reminder. You need to find something else to try and denigrate PNV about.
