On June 30, 2021, the alliance between ISS and Schrole will end and ISS-Schrole Advantage will be replaced. Starting on July 1, 2021, there will be two new recruiting systems, each independently provided by International Schools Services (ISS) and Schrole Group.

That’s interesting, because all the ASX announcements made so far point to 30 June 2022 being the formal end date of the ISS-Schrole partnership; from listening to recent presentations, my understanding has been that customers signed up prior to 30 June 2021 would still use the same platform and fall under the revenue sharing agreement until the formal end date.

If that is not the case, as the above quotation seems to imply, then it is arguably even better for Schrole, because it means SCL will keep 100% of the revenue of all customers who transition from ISS-Schrole Advantage to the “Schrole only” platform; as SCL is currently earning less than 50% of that revenue, what it means is that more than 50% of existing customers would have to move to the new ISS “recruiting system” (whatever that is) in order for SCL to be worse off.
