Most of the time Wangle has run like a dream for me. It is definitely faster and I couldn't be happier. But over the weekend I had an issue with it not connecting (I think it was something to do with my subscription, but there must have been a bug also because I'd set up to automatically re-subscribe. I'm happy to pay now if that's the deal, even though I was one of the original 'VIP' members). The problem is when wangle wont connect I lose my entire internet connection. That was frustrating. If wangle isn't working for whatever reason it should just take a backseat and not cut your entire connection.

I did let support know, gave the full details. Didn't hear back, but problem is gone this morning and back running like a dream, so I assume they fixed my specific issue.

On another topic, what do people think of the company's announcement (month or so ago) that they would rationalise servers to improve performance, but now we have articles and users complaining about the limited number of servers that wangle has? Do those reviewers not get it or was the company spinning us a story?

FYI - sentiment is 'none' because I have bought all that I can, but I don't believe I should advise its a buy if I am not doing so myself.
