However, I will say, most people go with their theory first and then seek selective facts second... to support their precious theory.
But it must be facts first, theory second.
I'm happy with the Inca facts emerging after the drunken sailor hail Mary spend of last management (to quote Lockitt).
Doc has negotiated 2/3 prudent deals with the brothers so far (he has a track record of doing this and fixing problems of previous management). His 80+ hours a week demonstrate this.
I know the last WA deal for Bramill Hills will be more difficult because they will want much more money... and we don't have much atm. That is a fact!
Black Cat may not like this fact but I prefer a prudent v2.0 management looking after all projects on a tight purse string... my theory.
