IMO, reckon you'll very likely be proven right regarding the cap raise boysy. With only 5 or so million left in the bank, I doubt they'll gamble on holding off until the results of gindara are known prior to handing out the "begging bowl". Gindara is a great target, but at 40% POS the risk of it coming up dry is simply too big for them not to seek funds first IMO.
