Hi hope2......good pick up regarding Craig Turner.

I wouldn't surprise me if these positions were planned quite a while ago, possibly when TLS first took the webphone seriously.

The big wheels do turn very slowly in a big company like TLS in this case, I imagine they would follow protocol to the letter even though it can be a very slow process.

I also wonder if they've tried keeping the webphone as low key as possible...not wanting to show competitors their hand?
