Reading between the lines, plenty of progress made at Andash and the company is negioating with the community on a possible deal with residents to allow Andash to go ahead.
There is certainly more confidence portrayed in this announcement that commencement of construction at Andash will go ahead later this year. For them to specify a timeframe that we can expect commencement to begin in Dec '11 speaks volumes imo. The company has previously been hesistant to update market on Andash to avoid further dissapointment.
