just the way it reads Third Parties (not party). maybe Kogas & one other.
BUL needs to prove its reserves further for Kogas to exercise its option.
My thoughts is that CR at higher than .07cents. BUL is undervalued before we take into account shales which is under application still. Once they get approved, this will rerate and their partner is BPT.

Possibly the ANZ holdings should be resolved soon and this may be part of what is happening.

BUL has a good resource position & patience will reward us shareholders.

I wished I had of topped up again, before it went into trading halt.
