I note that liquidity will improve this coming year with circa 15% of shares released to retail investors (currently 5%) and that profits and volumes are improving. Looks like the lower price threshold for share release is circa 50c.
Large warehouse upgrade to >double capacity must be a sign that Directors see growth in the future.
Large increase in FY12 profitability and good FY13 outlook should ensure ongoing dividend yield despite the capex requirement for the warehouse expansion and working capital for inventory + recievables levels due to volume growth.
With founders owning so much of company you know that everybodies interests are aligned. As far as I can tell from accounts, DD takes no remuneration for his executive director role.
