just wanted to point out that the South Antelope deal came with a 10% upfront deposit , so that implies that if deal goes through then SEA gets the $174 mil and if not they get $17.4 mil and keep S.A. ..... just helps to lend credence to the fact the deal is very likely to close .... luck
