Not happy at all but in searching for a silver lining, at least it is an entitlement offer so shareholders who take up their allotment will not get diluted. 2 for 3 of the current number of shares equals exactly $ 80M at $0.16 a share.
More to the point, the management of this company previously had a good reputation but looking back at all the recent announcements, I think their reputation has taken a steep dive.
