maybe the North and South communities should see who can be the biggest winner out of a mining boom in their country, if they allow it to start with. Become civilised and see which side rakes in more dollars from mining companies. The winners after 5 years can buy the losers some Yak beer and Russian prostitutes and live happily together ever after
