As far as I know EV's don't generate bottoms. Sentiment generates bottoms. That means traders.
The thing could even be a value trap or fail due to something we don't know about. I've just flagged the title for financiang issue. What's more wasn't it Friedman who said the market can stay down longer than you can stay afloat?
That said virtually all the resource stocks are in value to deep value territory. I try to follow the basic investment tennets learded over two decades. Diversifiation etc.
In a nutshell I don't know but I expect all of this is related to taxloss selling and think there will be a rebound post July (like last year). In the US they're already taking about next cab off the rank being cyclicals. Note the big miners should go up first then rotation into smaller miners.
