i agree, PLV as a company has a long way to go, but the current group of shareholders have just about done their dow IMO.
If you have an average cost of greater than 50c which many would, its a long road back if at all.
Those in now at 8.5c are (in the words of PLV management) 'potentially' going to laugh all the way to the bank. IMO
