My take on today's presentation (correctly or wrongly - as usual):
KENYA L9: Is fairly imminent in respect to "Farming down to drilling - JV nearing completion". Therefore, positive.
KENYA L6: They will take their "sweet time", i.e. even though the chart on page 22 shows the farmout being completed by end-December 2013, this new presentation also states in the textpart: "Framing down for drilling in 2014", which is obviously sometime next year. I have waited for many, many years for L6 !
GUINEA BISSAU: Very cautious resp. VAGUE remarks here:
- "Potential Sinapa appraisal well in 2014"
- "Follow on exploration potential on success"
So, as stated at the beginning:
SENEGAL, SENEGAL ! (Fingers crossed). (Some other longtermers will remember Shell walking away years ago...)
