Hi Guys;
Trying to understand AOM and its singinficant aquisition.
From announcement of 26th November;
"Shares issued under the Prospectus – As part of AO Energy’s re-compliance with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing rules, the Company is seeking shareholder approval to conduct a capital raising by offering under a Prospectus 12,000,000 Shares at a price of $0.20 per share to no less than the number of new investors in the Company required by ASX, to raise $2,400,000"
Does that mean company will issue another 12M shares at 0.20 where as AOM shares currently trading at 0.03 avg. I am sure i am missing something major to understand this aquisition and hence any clarifications about the company and its history/future will be much appreciated.
cheers
JS
