I dont believe they will lose it nor will it wont go into the bid.
Theres regional DoEs and a main DoE. The main DoE is a slow moving organisation. It took them nearly 12 months to approve OELs latest application for an SC along with a handful of others.
ATM i believe representatives of the OZ govt and local DoE r pushing the Main DoE to basically work its way thru the process in a timely manner considering the time clauses.
