Yes with 1 billion shares I would agree - however with 70% tightly held by just a few that reduces the trading pool to 300 million making the likelihood of a multibagger extremely high with any good news. ..as we have seen in the past. Upon DOE approval 12 cents ...upon farmin 15 cents .. upon drilling date 20 cents ..leading up to spud? then to know when to hold ..to know when to fold em
