    Just speculation:

    Maybe a license deal has scrapped in favour of a new Spinout co with Jansen providing an immediate valuation point for the technology.

    Would be nice to see Jansen put in $100mil and Phylogica put in the relevant Phylomers for a 50:50 equity split in a Newco.
