Have you heard ANY major shareholder criticising the Board on this issue? Has anyone called you to lobby for a NO vote? No? Then how do you think major shareholders will vote? They will accept the Board's recommendation which will be to agree to tranche 2.

You can bet all the major shareholders have already been called about a YES vote. Boards don't like to caught out on these sorts of issues and so they want to be as certain as they can before going into the meeting. The NO vote won't come within a cooee of succeeding.

What happened to the "build it and they will come" attitude?
