* There is no mention of the issue price of the shares to the US investors.

* There is no mention of the free options and exercise price.

Along with the plan for the money, these are the things at issue. Spin spin spin the BS.

Cancel this raising and raise $13M at $1.80 with free attaching options exerciseable at $3. If they don't want in at that price they can bugger off.
