more like hysterics ... if you really feel that way you shouldn't be holding the stock as belief in management is a priority in well managed share trading.
the deal may not have directly benefited us by allowing us the same deal but it indirectly has and will. People have already explained why so won't bother (and bore everyone) by going over it again.
just wish you (and some others) would stop going over it again and again , it's like listening to a kid having a tantrum wondering when they are going to stop.
