One thing I notice though is the directors will take up the DRP which could mean 8-9% dilution once all said and done.
I think they should do that option but try to manage debt by paying down with cash profits then sell some of their personal holdings to instos to increase liquidity. Debt is there but if you take of cash and allow for inventory it is not crippling and in low interest rate environment they can pay it down over time, maybe a small cap raise just to eat away at it.
15cps though should support a share price of $2 minimum? Looks reasonable value plus estimates of 2015 NPBT may also be a touch conservative.
Not today but I may contact the company regarding this and see if they are willing to talk about it at all.
