    Its a financial value (ie estimate) of NPV (Net Present Value) on either a Geared or Ungeared (ie borrowings) basis - from memory the ioh FS was ungeared, but I'm sure if you go back and check the FS released in June it will provide more detail. I recall seeing a couple of charts.....
