The $300m was total cost of all 3 appraisals IMHO. That's $45m to FAR + some for contingencies and they have time to raise that as its not happening for over 12 months.
The IP could be to help raise funds though ...like to market to COP or CNE and get them interested in either the Kenyan farmin(s) or a purchase of more equity in Senegal (I hope not). Given what Kosmos paid for the block offshore Senegal we may be able to get a good price now for Kenyan farmins as our team's credentials have been enhanced by 2 successes out of two .. so far!
