Go have look at the world zinc project PLD acquired, they total pay 7m plus 30k given the vendor had spend over 30m on it before, as for Nru, it elect to pay 150k plus 400k plus 1.5m worth share plus 750k plus 2.5m worth share (total roughly 5.3m payable) while elect prepare 250k plus 850k as working capital to spend on that project, to acquire only 90% of that project, as for the value of the rest 10%, it will be valued by international expert after BFS, which might even higher than 5m in 2 to 3 years time when zinc strong.....

So based on your conclusion, the vendor of that world class zinc PLD acquired is stupid and silly enough by selling it for 7m after spent 30m........

Ps, their zinc project is 70mt with 6% zinc! average 3% of zinc, 2% of lead and 18g of Silver, compared with Nru acquired, historical average between 15-25% with 40-60g silver.....only because it is not Jorc, so Nru could get it at the current cost, given The one PLD acquired is only Infered, the entry level of JORC, which require less drill holes and depth, so no wonder Blakeman is on site to to DD and prepare next drill bit.

I agree with this point but it might be a evitable step for many companies in current market to growth and seek opportunity, so I will call Blakemam for this issue.

I said many times here, Blakemam intention is genuine, which is grow Nru so I admit he made several bad decision, however, Looks like he listen to somebody suggestion to follow what market wanna, so the zinc, I am of the opinion that Couplous, the second biggest shareholder of Nru, had made his contribution on this Acquisition because he has interest in mining and Nru provide him the opportunity...

and DJ Carmichael, is the party to bring in Couplous, so for those millions share DJ get at 0.2c, it should multiple when right news coming..

If you guys think Couplous silly enough to put in 400k dollars to Nru just for fun and DJ Carmichael underwrite over 1m dollars worth of Nru shares at 0.2c just wanna sell at 0.3 or 0.4c, you guys can sell at 0.3 and 0.4 then...

Lastly, Chinasaw1, if you made 2 mistakes, and your boss say to you, Chinaswa1, go away, you never make thing right because you were wrong before, you happy or you agree with your boss? No body is able to say he always right, Vice Versa, nobody can say others always wrong....
