Hopefully they're be mining by Dec 2016 though I'm not sure exactly how long mill construction, etc. takes.
Nova took 15 months from publication of the underground scoping study until the start of mining and with the backing of the Royal Group I reckon GPR can start open pit mining much faster with less approval hoops to jump through and access to cheap labour. They certainly want to fast-track this beast.
If we assume the resource estimate is going to be out soon, a scoping study won't be far behind.
