Not to sure what SP chart your looking at, but if you look to the small chart on your computer screen
you will see the SP has risen from 9.3 from April 1st - and if you go further back it has risen from 6.5 from december 12th?
The only reason we have not had a massive rise- is because nothing is carved in stone "yet"-
to me this is a logical situation
