As you and dozen will almost certainly know, the company tried to do a rights issue back in the early days and it was a flop (like most on the ASX) as investors sold the price down to the raising price and then many of those that took it up dumped on market for a small profit soon after. I forget what the price was (it was in the 10's of cents). I personally didn't participate in the issue due to the price but I certainly took advantage to load up. I bet many are now remorseful at any they sold before, during, or after. I can see why retail investors feel left out in CR's but personally I think it's their own fault for ruining CR's on the ASX for retail investors back in the GFC times when everyone started to look at the discounts to make a quick buck, before, during, or after. Yet more of the shortsighted view towards investment. So no, I don't expect they'll bother with the effort of inviting us to participate.
