What I meant was that MSV's management strategy doesn't pass the smell test, at least the part that relates to the capital raising, and indeed you might be right in being so cynical. Also, there was no reason they could not have issued a corporate bond at 10% interest to existing shareholders. Mind you, 10% is not a high return considering the risk there might be few buyers of their P&E if they become distressed sellers Still, I cant see why Soul doesn't grab Mitchell by the nuts and ensure no hijacking.
