Interesting point here John - I was offered shares in the float @ 20c. Was very close to taking them as I liked the business but was very concerned about the liquidity. Well I was right about those possible issues, but you can bet I was kicking myself for the next few years before I finally bought in around $1.60! Still annoys me that I missed out on the (would have been a 10-bagger now), but that's life. I'm not sure of any impending sell-down, but now (even regardless of liquidity) I am a happy DDR holder. I think they're still a bit under-valued as I do think Revenues and Profits will keep growing in the next couple of years.
