Boardroom are the most incompetent share registry it has ever been my displeasure to deal with.
They are actually simply stupid. I am overseas and contacted them to query why the SPP documentation was not available via their web interface.
Their reply was that some companies dont allow Boardroom to put any documents or info online and then linked me to the ASX announcement with the dummy SPP application form.
I pointed out that the dummy form had no BPay details for individual share holders so was not much use to me as a shareholder currently over seas. He replied once again linking me to the ASX site, at this point I emailed back calling him some rather nasty names and suggesting he get someone who wasnt on work experience to reply to my query - and finally I got what I had requested.
(this is just one example of my dealings with these clowns, thankfully i only have a few companies that use them.)
