2-Shareholder meeting, about 5 weeks. This is where they will change the name and some of the board. They also need to keep a couple of Australian directors.

Copperroad, do you really believe that POK management found this deal.. I very much suspect that Buddy did their research and found POK. Previous performance shows that current POK management couldn't find a sandwich in a picnic basket...
