Is it bad debt? Or is the debt being used to expand and grow business? If the business model remains relevant in today's market with good future prospects why the focus on debt? I took on debt to buy my first house. Slowly paid it of over last 10 years, turns out to be a great investment, without the debt I would have had to buy a car park instead and grow more slowly.
