When reading your posts I ask myself why would someone keep on asking advanced business case questions that they must know there are no answers to at this early stage in the Protean WEC project development? Sean Moore has stated that he has designed his WEC to be low cost to manufacture, I accept this, so did Richard Henning and the SHE BOD and so have many others. Since you have been attacking me personally and quite shamefully above and for the last week, let me respond. Your posts suggest to me you are either a contrarian with 'limited ability' or a downramper who creates fear by perplexing readers with spurious and frivolous arguments - for what reason we know not. I believe you have changed your tune from your post a week ago. This in itself is confusing. IMO you really do not know what you are talking about. End of story.
