It's a very interesting concept. I like the human touch and the fact it is free to the end user.
I would use this almost every week when back in Sydney. I hate calling and spending even 10 minutes finding or booking online.
I tired signing up for the AU version the other day but it's not live yet. They said "butlers can't answer any more questions at this time" which i guess is good.
