Dr Greenwood holds a 20% interest in them as payment for his involvement in the development of the BTM and the Skin technology, all this does is bring his interest into the PNV share structure, which will be easier to manage is what I read, especially if something was sold etc?
It may seem as if Dr Greenwood is getting a great deal, but further down the track 20% of what PNV has may be worth a grreat deal more than what he is getting?
