Sorry if this is obvious but someone might be able to enlighten me. I know this is all speculating as to what might happen but In regards to ResApp partnering with Telehealth providers im just curious as to how might ResApp arrange these commercial agreements? Obviously there are a few variables that may change what happens.
Would they sell the rights to multiple telehealth providers for the app to be used in conjunction with their platform? which will then charge per use aswel?
or
Would they partner with a sole Telehealth provider (in the US country specific) with exclusive rights for X amount of years for a premium price?
Just interested as to how this might all work providing there is no Takeover from a Telehealth Company or someone else prior to coming to market.
