I understand everything your saying, but:
1) It is not going to generate any cash for years
2) It is completely illiquid - it has traded over 1million shares on a day once in nearly 4 years
3) 100k shares can take the price up or down 10% or more in a day
4) If Global Uncertainty picks up pace this will go well below cash backing because of people selling an illiquid stock

As spec Gold stocks go, this is a very nice story, but once your money is in, you more than likely won't be able to get out, so your in for the long haul.
