TLS will keep trying to push into the "technology" space, an area where their main advantage is having infrastructure and a massive existing client base to sell into. The same client base that everyone else is slowly chipping away at.
Meanwhile, their mobile cash cow is also being eroded by Optus and Vodafone. You can see the competition in effect right here: https://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-replies.cfm?t=2465595&p=65#r1298
Slashing their prices and bumping quota significantly in an attempt to stifle the offers from Optus and Amaysim. Thing is Optus and Amaysim still offer similar value with no contract - Telstra is trying to play a 12 month contract to reduce churn, and they're still selling below their ARPU ($40 for the above plan vs $61.38 ARPU in the most recent results).
Bringing this back to VOC - on the corporate side Commander (M2) is offering Rapid Fibre (unlimited Internet @ 400Mbps) for $400/mo and Vocus Internet Express offers unlimited 500Mbps for $500/mo, both of which are an order of magnitude cheaper than Telstra.

TPG is also offering unlimited 400Mbps for $400/mo.
TL;DR if you are interested in the telco space, long VOC and TPM, short TLS.
