This is a great business and management is first rate in my opinion. Diversity of revenue by product and geography and well placed in each of its markets by virtue of the nimbleness v's the major banks. Plenty of cash on the balance sheet as well to fund organic or acquisitive growth. These are complex businesses to build and manage on a multi-country basis and in that regard i think that most wouldn't fathom how impressive has been the building of this business and how much potential they have.
