See they have foresight now, hence the bit "20.5% discount to the theoretical ex rights price". Maybe they could have applied some "theoretical" pre-determination to their previous decisions.

So question: Can someone save my lazy ass from hunting down info and tell me why the Big Nobs do not appear, on the face of it, to be getting a discount above retailers with this 3 stage placement?
