I'm not sure the current SP is a reflection of AXP itself
The health index XHJ in the last 3 months is down and not going anywhere even though the remainder of the market is having a party
My guess is that Mr Market is waiting to see if Trump repeals Obamacare (affordable care act)
If trump repeals the act without a replacement - we could be in for a world of hurt
If on the other hand a replacement for the act is proposed - then we join the party with the remainder of the market
Just the option of a humble investor
