Pro tempore: Easy fix if CVN were concerned about the number of shares in issue ( and I've no reason to believe they are). A consolidation of say, 10:1 would give you 102m shares in issue at 99 cents each and at that price, any movement on substantial news would likely be in cents or multiples thereof, rather than points of a cent. A lot of investors don't like consolidations and I'm quite comfortable with how the issue stands at present. However, it wouldn't worry me either way.
