They do not need to be the best, they just need to be good enough. They do not need to dominate companies with hundreds of millions of dollars, they will do just fine taking a little slice of that under the sum of offering a product, that offers a suite of applications, including automation of data archiving.
It is a admin/IT nightmare to have employees have to use a number of different products that all need to work together. Offering just one that does all, that is required, sounds good to me.
